All Hands on Deck - The adventure awaits aboard the USS Shipshape.

When Andy the Admiral leads his crew through the challenges of life at sea, young readers discover that the greatest voyages aren’t just about where you go — they’re about who you become along the way. With whimsy, heart, and a dash of naval spirit, Andy the Admiral and the USS Shipshape brings an aircraft carrier to life as a place where teamwork, courage, and kindness guide every mission.

Written by retired U.S. Navy Captain Mark C. Fava, this authentically told story introduces children to the values that shape great kids — and great leaders.
