Mark C. Fava is the creator of the Shipshape Shipmates children’s books, a charming series of authentic and whimsical naval adventures aimed at teaching children timeless values like teamwork, courage, gratitude, preparation, integrity, kindness, and service.
As a retired U.S. Navy Captain and former Naval Flight Officer, Mark dedicated over thirty years to serving in the Navy. Alongside his military career, he has spent more than three decades as a career aviation lawyer.
Mark is also the author of the best-selling book, Lessons from the Admiral: Naval Wisdom and Sea Stories for Leaders, which earned the Book Excellence Award in Leadership.
